Matthew

President

Matthew has been self-employed since age 13 when he started his landscaping business. After a brief time in the corporate sales world, Matthew came back to the 'trades' preforming high end remodeling, building, and construction work in Central Ohio. After transitioning into the pool industry in the mid to late 2000’s and growing the largest fiberglass company in the region, Matthew found his real passion was teaching. Today Matthew travels around the Midwest and Great Lakes region training and teaching other pool companies how to install fiberglass pools and grown their business. When not working Matthew enjoys time at Lake Erie with his wife and two teenage children. Matthew is a NARI certified remodeler, PADI advanced open water scuba diver, and is a private pilot with instrument rating and over 2500 flight hours.

Julie

Controller / Permit Coordinator

Julie has come to us with a great deal of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries. Overseeing large centers for financial institutions, Julie has the ability to keep on top of the many facets of the business world and make sure our clients get taken care of. The mother of two Julie, has managed to balance the demands of a busy office and taking care of her family. When not at work Julie enjoys boating, reading mystery novels, her Frenchie, and traveling.

Jarrett

Technical Director

Originally from South Carolina, Jarrett spent the first years of his career as a custom framing carpenter. After moving to Ohio with his wife, Jarrett began to apply his passion for computers and gaming to business applications and web technology. Being hired as a carpenter and team leader in 2008 it didn't take long for Jarrett to become our lead technology manager. Jarrett has two beautiful children and is an active member and leader in his church. When not at work Jarrett enjoys politics, marksmanship, and gaming.

Brian

Design and Estimating

Brian, now living in Fairfield County, has been happily married for 25 years and is the proud parent of a daughter attending THE Ohio State University. He began his educational journey at Texas Tech University and Sandhills Community College, which paved the way for his career in landscape and pool design. Since joining Luxury Pools and Living in 2024, Brian has utilized his 30 years of experience to craft stunning backyard spaces. His design passion has naturally shifted from landscapes to pools, and now he specializes in creating a complete backyard experience. Outside of work, Brian enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, and riding motorcycles.

Shannon

Resource Coordinator / Administrator

Shannon was born in Ft. Lauderdale and raised in Cleveland, OH. She now resides in Westerville, where she enjoys life with her two children and two grandchildren. Outside of work, Shannon cherishes spending time with family and friends, golfing, and taking trips.

Beginning her career at 17, Shannon gained extensive administrative experience working in various office roles. For the past seven years, she has served as the office administrator at Luxury Pools. She takes great joy in connecting with clients and hearing how much they love their new pools. Additionally, Shannon enjoys interacting with every employee within the Luxury Pools family, fostering strong relationships across the team

Zach

Production Supervisor

Zach resides in Lancaster with his wife and serves as the main installer and operator for Luxury Pools. He is responsible for installing pools and preparing the site for the team. Zach studied construction at CTEC of Licking County and completed a three-year apprenticeship before joining Luxury Pools, where he has worked for the past four years.

On the job, Zach enjoys supporting both clients and team members, always offering a helping hand to ensure projects run smoothly. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family camping, visiting breweries, and BBQing.

Wyatt

Lead Service Tech

Wyatt, from Marysville, OH, has been with Luxury Pools for three years and is eager to expand his skills in the trades. As a service technician, Wyatt ensures that pool equipment is running smoothly and efficiently. He also handles the installation of winter and retractable covers for Luxury Pools. Wyatt appreciates the family-oriented environment within the Luxury Pools team.

Outside of work, Wyatt enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping. On rainy days, he enjoys unwinding by playing video games on his computer.

Christian

Christian was raised in Honduras and later moved to North Carolina before relocating to Columbus with his mother. He developed his trade skills through hands-on experience working at Luxury Pools as a labor in a high school work program. Now as a full-time team member, Christian enjoys collaborating with the pool set and concrete teams. In his free time, Christian likes to unwind by playing video games, attending Crew games, Blue Jackets games, and occasionally traveling out of town
