Matthew has been self-employed since age 12 when he started his landscaping business. After a brief time in the corporate sales world Matthew came back to the 'trades' preforming high end remodeling and construction work in central Ohio. When not working Matthew enjoys time at Lake Erie with his wife and two children ages 7 and 9. Matthew is a NARI certified remodeler, PADI open water scuba diver, and is a private pilot with instrument rating.

Julie has come to us with a great deal of experience in the customer service industry. Overseeing large centers for financial institutions Julie has the ability to keep on top of the many facets of the business world and make sure the client gets taken care of. The mother of two young children Julie has managed to balance the demands of a busy office and taking care of her family. When not at work Julie enjoys boating, reading mystery novels, and cross stitch.

Originally from Hartsville, South Carolina, Jarrett spent the first years of his career as a custom framing carpenter. After moving to Ohio with his wife, Jarrett began to apply his passion for computers and gaming to business applications and web technology. Being hired as a carpenter and team leader it didn't take long for Jarrett to become our lead technology manager. Jarrett has two beautiful children and is an active member and leader in his church.

Shannon started with the company in March, 2017 as an Office Administrator. Today she basically runs the place!! Shannon works closely with our production team as well as with our clients once their projects begin to make sure all the pieces and parts are where they need to be. Shannon was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL but grew up in Cleveland, OH. She has two beautiful children and one grandchild who has her wrapped around her little finger. In her spare time she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with friends, and golfing.
