Luxury Pools Team

Matthew has been self-employed since age 13 when he started his landscaping business. After a brief time in the corporate sales world, Matthew came back to the 'trades' preforming high end remodeling, building, and construction work in Central Ohio. After transitioning into the pool industry in the mid to late 2000’s and growing the largest fiberglass company in the region, Matthew found his real passion was teaching. Today Matthew travels around the Midwest and Great Lakes region training and teaching other pool companies how to install fiberglass pools and grown their business. When not working Matthew enjoys time at Lake Erie with his wife and two teenage children. Matthew is a NARI certified remodeler, PADI advanced open water scuba diver, and is a private pilot with instrument rating and over 2500 flight hours.

Julie has come to us with a great deal of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries. Overseeing large centers for financial institutions, Julie has the ability to keep on top of the many facets of the business world and make sure our clients get taken care of. The mother of two Julie, has managed to balance the demands of a busy office and taking care of her family. When not at work Julie enjoys boating, reading mystery novels, her Frenchie, and traveling.

Originally from Hartsville, South Carolina, Jarrett spent the first years of his career as a custom framing carpenter. After moving to Ohio with his wife, Jarrett began to apply his passion for computers and gaming to business applications and web technology. Being hired as a carpenter and team leader in 2008 it didn't take long for Jarrett to become our lead technology manager. Jarrett has two beautiful children and is an active member and leader in his church. When not at work Jarrett enjoys politics, marksmanship, and gaming.

Shannon was born in Ft. Lauderdale but grew up in Cleveland, OH. Shannon lives in Westerville and has 2 adult children and 2 grandkids. Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with family and friends, golfing, and going on vacations. Since the age of 17, Shannon has worked in the offices of several businesses and has learned a lot about administration side of each one. Shannon has worked at Luxury pools in 2017 as an office administrator and quickly became administrative manager. Today she basically runs the place!! Shannon works closely with our production team as well as with our clients once their projects begin to make sure all the pieces and parts are where they need to be. She loves the one on one she has with clients and hearing how much they enjoy their new pool! Shannon loves being able to interact with every employee in the Luxury family.

Hogan is from originally from Blacklick but grew up in Powell, OH. Today he resides in Prospect, OH with his wife and 2 kids. Hogan Loves to be outside riding four wheelers or jet skiing with his family at Lake Erie. Hogan also enjoys farming and hopes to spend more time micro farming in the future. He attended Delaware JVS for landscape design and small engine repair. He learned trades while working with his father who developed and built over 500 homes. Hogan began his Luxury Pools carrier in 2017 and intends to stay with the Luxury Family until retirement. As production manager, Hogan loves working with all of team members and interacting with them daily. "I love working with great people and becoming a family. It's even better seeing the families we work for enjoy their new Pool!"

Dave grew up and still resides in Pickerington with his wife of 30 years. In his free time, Dave enjoys going to car shows with his Shelby GT500. He Graduated from THE Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in landscape horticulture. Dave started with Luxury Pools and Living in 2020 as a designer, helping people bring their dream of a swimming pool to life! His background in landscape helps him design pool projects that are functional and integrate well with their existing outdoor living space. Dave finds it important to maximize the space that is available for the pool project while also balancing the budget set for the project. His goal is to find the best value for the clients’ money. "I truly believe I have the best job in the world...who else gets to design and sell families their dreams!?!"

Toby currently lives in Westerville, OH. Toby started out in the pool industry 9 years ago working on the city’s public pools and doing general pool maintenance. He started at Luxury Pools and Living in 2017. Toby’s goal is to provide a long-lasting, trouble-free pool. Toby makes the small details of a Luxury installation as well as team safety his top priorities. He has long term goals to pursue sales or recruiting in the industry. Outside of work, Toby enjoys going to sporting events, riding his quad, and spending time with family and friends.

Justin lives in Lancaster with his Golden retriever, Darby. He went to the Fairfield career center for automotive technology. Since joining the Luxury Pool team in 2018, Justin has picked up the residential trades along the way now specializing in decorative concrete, as well as detailing and sealing. In his free time he likes to golf, is a member of a billiards club, and a bowling league. Justin enjoys going to all types of sporting events and driving his motorcycle on nice days.

Tony was born and raised in Gahanna, OH and has three daughters. He has twenty plus years of experience as a recovery and REPO agent. He got his CDL A (Commercial Driver License) in his early twenties to expand his REPO and recovery Carrer. Tony also worked as a crane operator for several years and can drive anything with a throttle. Tony has been working with the Luxury Pools team since 2018 and he plans to stay until retirement. At Luxury Pools, tony maintains our equipment, transports fiberglass pools, moves heavy equipment, and when necessary acts as part time security on the Luxury Pools campus. Outside of work, tony enjoys riding his Harley or just washing it.

Zach lives in Lancaster with his wife. Zach is an equipment operator and lead installer for Luxury Pools. He installs the pool shells gets the site ready for the rest of the team. Zach went to CTEC of Liking county for construction followed by a 3-year apprenticeship. Zach has been a part of the Luxury Pools family since 2019. While on the job, Zach likes helping clients with their new pools, and aiding his team members along the way; He always make a point to offer a helping hand. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with the family, visiting brewery, and Bar-B-Quing.

Nolan is from Southern California but grew up in Lancaster, OH. After he graduated high school, he moved back West to Arizona where he met his wife. He eventually moved back to Ohio with his bride and now resides in Lancaster where they raise their four kids. Nolan learned his trade skills through on-the-job experience. His career goals are to someday run his own business. Nolan briefly left but came back to the Luxury Family and has been a part of our team for over 5 years. Nolan is a lead service technician and has grown to be knowledgeable and proficient in all areas of the pool industry. After work Nolan enjoys spending quality time with his family and any outdoor/sporting activities.

Wyatt is from Marysville Ohio. He has been working with Luxury Pools since 2021 and plans to continue learning the trades. “I am a lead service tech; my job is to make sure your equipment is running correctly and efficiently. I take that seriously.” Says Wyatt. Wyatt also installs winter covers and is our lead retractable safety cover installer. Wyatt values the family mindset in the Luxury family team. After work, Wyatt likes most outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping. On a rainy day, he also loves to play video games on his computer.

Christian grew up in Honduras but moved to North Carolina as a child with his family. He moved from North Carolina to Columbus with his mother and attended Beachcroft High School. Christian learned his trade skills while working in the field and has developed a sense of team and family with his co-workers. He likes working with all the team members on the pool set team and occasionally the concrete team. After work, Christian likes to play video games and occasionally travel out of town.

Eric was raised in Atlanta and currently lives in Coshocton, OH. Eric is engaged with plans to be married in summer of 2024. While in high school, Eric attended the career center for building trades. Later, he attended the Hobart Institute of Welding technology. Since 2021 Eric has taken care of Luxury Pools shop, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and safely. Eric has experience in fabrication, painting, vehicle maintenance, and as a key member of our concrete team. After work, he loves spending time with his kids going to places; his favorite places are Cosi and Ohio State Parks. Eric also likes participating in things like music festivals, snowboarding, long-boarding, and kayaking.
